Berwick Rangers Supporters Trust has played its part in attracting guest groups to Shielfield for Berwick Rangers’ home matches in April. The Trust organised publicity in media outlets and on its own website inviting parties from recognised organisations to come to games free of charge. As well as watching the football, the visitors will meet club personnel and be shown around the facilities.
Berwick director John Bell, who is the Trust representative on the football club board, dealt with the responses which will bring Border Judo Kwai, Preston Athletic F.C. Uner 14s and Tourette Action North East to Shielfield for the match against Queen’s Park on Saturday, April 13th. On Saturday, April 27th, when Annan Athletic provide the opposition, the guests will be another youth football team from the Borders and Norham Rainbows, Brownies and Guides.
We hope all will have a great day out and of course, see Berwick Rangers win.
