There are two important Supporters Trust meetings this week. On Friday, January 10th, the Trust Board will hold one of its regular meetings in the Training Room at Berwick Youth Project in Golden Square at 7:15 p.m. Any Trust member can attend. The following day, Saturday, January 11th, the Trust’s Annual General Meeting takes place in the club rooms at Shielfield at 10:30 a.m. The AGM is, of course, open to all current members of the Trust and new members joining on the day.
Guest speaker at the AGM is Ken Bowron who holds the record for most goals scored by a Berwick Rangers player in one season.
In the afternoon, Berwick Rangers are at home to Annan Athletic in a SPFL 2 match and will be looking to avenge November’s 3-2 defeat at Annan in November. In their last match, at Montrose, on January 2nd, Berwick were the better team but had to settle for a goalless draw as luck deserted them with a first half Jonny Fairbairn header hitting the post and another in the second half from the same player being cleared off the line.
